The Problem is...

During our first call, we’ll do a deep dive into your application, ensuring that I fully understand your circumstances, what life looks like now, where you’d like to be, what your priorities are, and your goals for our time together. This ensures that you are seen and heard where you’re at, and that you can move forward on the right path once and for all.

Weekly 1:1 Video Calls & Homework

During these calls, we’ll discuss the previous week’s homework and how it felt for you, and then we’ll unpack your current struggles and create a plan of action (homework) for you to try out in between sessions to move you closer to your goals. Don’t worry, you’ll play an active role in deciding what you’ll work on & we’ll make sure it’s a realistic commitment.

When does the program start?

Start dates are flexible! I take on a limited number of new clients each month, which allows you the flexibility of starting the program at a time that best fits your schedule. Please note that the dates & times for our weekly video calls can be flexible & we'll decide together on dates and times that work well for both of us.

How do I register for the program?

Please fill out the application form that is linked to this page. The application is designed to help us both determine whether Made for Less is the right program for you. Once you've submitted your application, you can expect to hear from me within 7 days with the next steps to register, including a proposed start date.

What support do I get while going through the program?

We'll meet virtually for one hour every week during your 12 week program. During these calls, we'll talk about how your week went & where adjustments can be made, plus I'll give you a new tool or mindset shift to implement during the week ahead. Each call will also include reflection questions, resources, and/or worksheets to help us to dive deep.

How long do I have access to the program?

You'll have access to me for 12 weeks in the form of our weekly calls, as well as lifetime access to all resources & worksheets shared with you throughout the program.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this program there are no refunds. By registering for Made for Less, you are committing to the full 12-week program. That being said, there is a lot of flexibility surrounding the start date of your program, as well as the meeting dates and times. Should you need to reschedule one of your sessions, I am happy to work with you to choose an alternate time that is suitable for both of us.

Hey! I'm Katelyn Sutton, your Intentional Living Mentor

I’ve been there too. I spent years in a constant state of anxiety & overwhelm that eventually led me into depression. I understand the impact that stress & the weight of expectations have on our lives because for so long, I felt stuck, knowing I wanted to show up differently in the world without knowing how. I thought I just didn’t handle stress as well as others & felt resigned to accepting what felt manageable rather than striving for what I wanted.


However, I knew deep down that I wasn’t living up to my full potential & that was what pushed me forward. It took a lot of hard work (and trial & error) to find my way out of that dark place, to move away from overwhelm & take the necessary steps to build a life that feels good to me.


I now embrace a much slower-paced life, I'm realistic about my energy levels, and I'm thriving! Now that I understand the mindset shifts & tools needed to build a life in alignment with you, I'm passionate about helping others do it too.
