Hey! I'm Katelyn Sutton, the coach who will help you feel less overwhelm so you can do more living.

I spent way too many years trying to feel happier only to feel like I was failing because all these things that seemed to work for everyone else just didn’t work for me. I was struggling with severe anxiety & depression and didn’t have the energy to keep up with daily exercise and clean eating, not to mention my chores. Everywhere I looked I was being told that if I really wanted to feel better, than it should be so easy to do those small things. It only made me feel worse about myself.  

It turned out that in my case, I wasn’t in a supportive environment, and I didn’t feel fulfilled at work, nor did I know how to process and let myself feel my emotions. Once I started slowly addressing those areas, I started to feel a little less anxious and my depression slowly started to fade. It made it easier to start adding exercise and home-cooked meals back into my life.  

The key was in being able to address my most pressing needs first, and taking small steady steps in the right direction. You don’t have to make big or lots of changes all at once to start feeling happier and more settled.
