1-on-1 Coaching
I offer a 12-week coaching program for women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed & exhausted, to help you grow into the best version of yourself - you know, that version of yourself you see when you close your eyes.
In my Made for Less coaching program, you’ll get really clear on what you want you want your life to look like (and what you don’t want), you’ll identify your priorities and learn how to adjust your schedule so that you have more time for them. You’ll learn how to shift your mindset and prioritize yourself and your vision for your life, as well as gain stress management and relaxation techniques to help you feel calmer in your body.
If you're ready to get unstuck & let go of the overwhelm, I'd love to work with you and help you build that life you dream of.
Mental Wellness Supplements
I've partnered with Amare (the Mental Wellness Company) to share my favourite supplements with you! Amare takes a holistic approach to mental wellness, with natural supplements specifically designed to help increase the production of feel-good neurotransmitters in the gut. They also have products to support natural hormone regulation and the release of excess weight by reconnecting the signals between the gut and the brain.
I absolutely love this company's commitment to love, integrity, innovation, service & humility. Having witnessed their passion and love first-hand, I'm so honoured and excited to be able to share my favourite gut-health supplements with you to help you feel your best too!

You dream of feeling happier and more settled in your life by taking a more well-rounded approach to supporting your mental well-being, without wasting your time and energy on practices that seem to work for everyone but you.
In my Mental Wellness Blueprint, you’ll gain immediate access to my step-by-step guide to mapping out your unique path to supporting your mental well-being so you can start focusing your limited time & energy on strategically implementing new habits and changes that will have the biggest impact in your life.

I spent years overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in a cycle of hustling to prove my worth. I was constantly in survival mode - pushing through the day with nothing left to give (not even to myself). I didn’t recognize the person I’d become… and deep down, I knew this version of me wasn’t the whole story. I just didn’t know how to shift things.
Over time, my perspective changed. I realized that mental wellness isn’t something you either have or don’t. It’s something you can nurture every day. And while the journey isn’t always easy, it’s also not as complicated as we make it out to be.
The hardest part? Believing you're worthy of feeling better… and taking those first, small steps. I’ve been there. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help other women find their way out of the overwhelm & back to themselves.

Do you leave space for silence in your day?
You know, time to unplug and just be.
It can be tempting sometimes, especially when anxiety & overwhelm are driving the day, to zone out watching tv all evening or to make sure you’re always busy.
It can give the illusion of quieting the intrusive or overwhelming thoughts because they aren’t so obvious to us as long as we keep ourselves busy and ensure we’re surrounded by noise.
But the reality is that not giving space to these thoughts, whether that looks like ignoring them or trying to outrun them, really only perpetuates the problem.
By not acknowledging them, we’re allowing them to continue to fester below the surface and occupy space in our minds.
I know it can be scary to start acknowledging them, but this can really be key in helping to regulate your nervous system and quiet the racing thoughts long-term.
So start small. Maybe try reading for 5-10 minutes with no background noise. Or try washing the dishes (or some other form of housework) without any other distractions. Go for a quiet walk. It will be uncomfortable at first, and that’s ok.
Acknowledge the thoughts you have without judging them. If you find that your brain is reminding you of all the things you need to do, take the time to write them down.
If you find they’re things you’re worried about, get curious about these thoughts and ask yourself what’s the worst that can happen. Usually, you’ll find that the worse-case scenario is still bearable and that can help ease the stress.
You may find that a brain dump (writing down all the thoughts that enter your mind) is helpful in creating space for you.
Again, this will be uncomfortable at first so ease yourself in slowly & give yourself grace. You’ll slowly learn what works best for you and you may even come to enjoy the silence.
