What if you were really made for more less?  

I know you’re tired of asking yourself if this is all life really is – it turns out you can have the life you envision for yourself, but it likely means letting some things go rather than continuing to strive for MORE.  

You’re overwhelmed, you’re stressed out, you’re exhausted, and you’re tired of feeling like you need to be hustling alll the time. You’re snappy and irritable and feel like you don’t even recognize yourself anymore – you’re not the version of yourself that you want to be. Everywhere you look, you’re being told you need to do more. Work harder. Schedule every minute of the day. You feel like there’s just no time left for yourself and deep down you know that doing more is just not the answer.  

That’s where I come in.  

In my Made for Less coaching program, you’ll get really clear on what you want your life to look like (and what you don’t want), you’ll identify your priorities and learn how to adjust your schedule so that you have more time for them. You’ll learn how to shift your mindset and prioritize yourself and your vision for your life, as well as gain stress management and relaxation techniques to help you feel calmer in your body. By the end of our 12 weeks together you’ll be feeling less overwhelmed & you’ll have the confidence to keep moving toward your vision for your life, knowing that it is possible.  

I know you already have a lot on your to do list, but what if we could work together to help you slow down so you have more time for the things you love and that actually benefit your mental health, while also gaining strategies to help you let go of the things that aren’t serving you?  

It is possible to become a calmer version of yourself. A version of yourself who actually ENJOYS and LIVES her life rather than going through the motions, or worse, white-knuckling your way through.
